AI should earn your trust, not take it.
BlissHub is built on three public promises. We don’t hide them in small print. We don’t sell your data โ to anyone, ever.
The three promises, in full.
Each of these is a real, user-controllable setting inside the app. Not a marketing claim โ a feature.
Your data stays yours.
BlissHub answers general questions using zero personal data. When you do choose to share โ smart-meter readings, account details, postcode โ it’s opt-in per data type, and you can delete it instantly from the Trust & Data screen.
We never sell or share your data with third parties. Not for advertising, not for analytics, not for anything.
Every answer shows its working.
When BlissHub quotes an Ofgem rule, you see the rule. When it uses tariff data, you see the source. When it estimates your bill, you see exactly which readings it used.
No “black box.” No “because the AI said so.” If you can’t trace where an answer came from, we don’t trust it either.
A human is one tap away.
BlissHub knows its limits. If you’re in distress, in debt, or the question falls outside its scope, it hands you straight to a trained Scottish Power agent โ never to another AI.
This isn’t a feature we might turn off. It’s how BlissHub is designed.
How your data is actually handled.
Plain-English answers to the questions we get asked most.
Is BlissHub free because Scottish Power sells my data?
No. BlissHub is free because it’s a trust-building product โ we believe people who use it will eventually choose Scottish Power as their supplier. That’s how it pays for itself. Your data is never for sale.
Does my conversation with BlissHub train the AI?
No. Your conversations are never used to train the underlying model. They’re used only to answer your questions โ and they’re deleted on request.
Can I use BlissHub without giving Scottish Power any personal information?
Yes. You don’t need an account. You don’t need to be a Scottish Power customer. You don’t even need a postcode unless you want tariff estimates specific to your region.
What happens if BlissHub gets something wrong?
It happens. When it does, you can flag the answer with a single tap, and it goes to our review team. If it’s a pattern, we correct it for every user. We also cite sources on every answer so you can verify independently.
Where is my data stored, and for how long?
In Scottish Power’s UK-based systems, governed by UK GDPR. Conversations are kept for 30 days by default, unless you choose “Delete my chat history” from the Trust & Data screen โ in which case, they’re wiped immediately.
